Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy
The following outlines our returns, exchange & refund policy. By processing your payment with Innocence and Attitude, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchase.

Please note, that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and cleared as faulty. Or if the item/s cant be replaced my manufacturer.

A store credit or an exchange will be offered in all other circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And unworn.
No item will be accepted with stains, marks or in a dirty condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items are to be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email or telephone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Swimwear and Jewellery cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size send us an email at innocenceandattitude@gmail.com and send your item to: 195-199 Beveridge St Swan Hill Victoria AU 3585.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
